The word Eastok translates to "The Source".  Our goal is to be your most trusted source for all things real estate.

In 2009, many homeowners were losing their homes due to bad mortgages, real estate market collapse, and recession. Paul and Tatyana were successful in helping family and friends negotiate a loan modification program with their lender, which meant they could keep their home.  While helping people and listening to their stories on how they were taken advantage of by other realtors/loan officers Paul and Tatyana developed a passion to open a company that would be built on certain values and principles such as integrity, transparency, honesty, and trust.

The majority of our clients are satisfied repeat clients and our company has thrived on word of mouth due to the trust we build with our clients. We strive to be the leading authority on all things real estate so we don't have a "perfect client" however we take special delight in helping first time home buyers navigate the home buying process and avoid predatory banking or industry practices!

Work Ethic: We always go the extra mile.  Anticipating what our client will need and want, we make sure that we are always prepared.  We do not have any lazy people.  There is no room for laziness or complacency in our organization.  We always OUTWORK and OUTPERFORM others in the industry and our clients can talk about this.

In our company we prioritize studying local and national markets daily. We stay informed and up to date with everything that is relevant to our industry.  This is an ongoing process and our team is ahead of most local agents.

Use of the latest Technology.  We invest in the best and latest tech to make our work efficient, quick, and up to par with the industry.  Our team has advanced knowledge and skills in internet, social media, media, industry related platforms/tools, and gadgets.  We strive to always stay ahead of the tech trends so that we can deliver the best results for our clients.  Competing on this level means that most of the realtors in the area are left behind and just can't keep up with us.

Communication skills:  Both in person and in grammar.  This is a high priority for us because so much depends on this.  We constantly train our team to be better communicators, conducting business in a professional manner, within a reasonable timeframe, minimizing chances of something important slipping by and killing a deal.

Involvement in our community.  Our wide and deep connections help us know who, what, where, and when.  We believe in supporting our local small businesses and helping out whenever we can.  Volunteer work.  Members of the Auburn Rotary Club.  We care about our people and our community.

We treat other real estate professionals, escrow officers or loan originators with respect and professionalism.  This has helped us build great relationships with relevant pros in the industry and we NEVER burn any bridges.  Our high emphasis on character helps us with this aspect.  People love working with us because we treat them right and let them know how much we appreciate them.  

We answer our phones and emails diligently.  We have a strict policy regarding this.  If for some reason we are not able to answer a phone call, our standard is to call back within 2 hours max. Our clients or other professionals will never have to wait long to hear back from us. Most of the time we are available on demand and instantly.

We leverage our entire company and the expertise of each individual agent for the benefit of our clients! We built a team culture and collaborate to benefit you.  We are not solo agents where everyone is just doing their own thing.  Our team comradery is extremely important to us.  We got each others back and are always there ready to help whatever the situation is.

We discourage aggressive sales tactics or in other words, used car salesman techniques.  Manipulation tactics are not acceptable in our company.  Our sales approach is focused on hearing and understanding what our client's needs are and delivering solutions based on that.

Our culture and business philosophy is to remain the BEST in the industry by ALWAYS providing first class service to ALL who we serve regardless of price point.  A 700k client will receive the same high quality service as a  3 million dollar client.  Price point does not matter when it comes to client service!

Our approach when dealing with people in our community is this:  Even if there is no transaction we want to leave you better than how we found you.  We offer free advice to ALL. We will always provide value and lead our communities where citizens are making better well-informed decisions for their families when it comes to real estate.  Our belief is that the more people that understand the basics of buying, selling, or building a home, the stronger, healthier and wealthier our communities will be.  Which means, less regret, less losses, less frustrations, less stress and less headaches.  

Having over 20 years of experience in construction and flipping homes helps us provide more insight from an angle which most realtors lack. This not only helps our clients save money but also gives them peace of mind knowing that they have a team who is well connected to any specialty/trade. We can provide our clients with recommendations, provide estimates and help shop around for the best deals on materials and labor for just about any construction trade.
