The word Eastok translates to "The Source". Our goal is to be your most trusted source for all things real estate.
In 2009, many homeowners were losing their homes due to bad mortgages, real estate market collapse, and recession. Paul and Tatyana were successful in helping family and friends negotiate a loan modification program with their lender, which meant they could keep their home. While helping people and listening to their stories on how they were taken advantage of by other realtors/loan officers Paul and Tatyana developed a passion to open a company that would be built on certain values and principles such as integrity, transparency, honesty, and trust.
The majority of our clients are satisfied repeat clients and our company has thrived on word of mouth due to the trust we build with our clients. We strive to be the leading authority on all things real estate so we don't have a "perfect client" however we take special delight in helping first time home buyers navigate the home buying process and avoid predatory banking or industry practices!

We constantly train our team to be better communicators, conducting business in a professional manner, within a reasonable timeframe, minimizing chances of something important slipping by and killing a deal.

We treat other real estate professionals, escrow officers or loan originators with respect and professionalism. This has helped us build great relationships with relevant pros in the industry and we NEVER burn any bridges. Our high emphasis on character helps us with this aspect. People love working with us because we treat them right and let them know how much we appreciate them.
We answer our phones and emails diligently. We have a strict policy regarding this. If for some reason we are not able to answer a phone call, our standard is to call back within 2 hours max. Our clients or other professionals will never have to wait long to hear back from us. Most of the time we are available on demand and instantly.
We leverage our entire company and the expertise of each individual agent for the benefit of our clients! We built a team culture and collaborate to benefit you. We are not solo agents where everyone is just doing their own thing. Our team comradery is extremely important to us. We got each others back and are always there ready to help whatever the situation is.
We discourage aggressive sales tactics or in other words, used car salesman techniques. Manipulation tactics are not acceptable in our company. Our sales approach is focused on hearing and understanding what our client's needs are and delivering solutions based on that.

A 700k client will receive the same high quality service as a 3 million dollar client. Price point does not matter when it comes to client service!
